I liked incredible food.

Really enjoyed the hotel, it is perfect and clean, has incredible location right on the SW footpath. The breakfasts were always excellent freshly cooked and savoury with cheap orange juice, Cocoa plus local ingredients. ...  

Fine gardens, private beach, vintage decor

Room temperature complaints were an issue when seeking comfort!!! Communication mishaps with staff were frustrating during the check-in process and affected overall clarity of dining costs!!! Internet connectivity issues disrupted my stay!!!

The gardens are gorgeous, and the coastal path is perfect for a good walk. The staff were super friendly. Highly recommend the afternoon tea. It was a highlight for us!

Honestly, we had a false alarm with the fire alarm at night, a bit unsettling and disrupted our sleep.

Perfect Location for a Beach Getaway

The grounds are gorgeous, and the walk to the beach was such a treat. Staff were super friendly, and the bar was a nice spot to chill with cocktails. Just wished the food options were more varied at lunch. We ended up feeling a bit hangry waiting for service. It was a lovely stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the spacious, comfy room with a great bathroom and the beautiful gardens that led right to a secluded beach. The restaurant offered a delightful menu that changed daily, and we enjoyed relaxing by the sun terrace after our meals. One tiny hiccup was that we noticed fewer staff around during busy times, which led to a bit of a wait, but it didn’t put a damper on our overall experience! 😊

Fine gardens

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens leading to a secluded beach, perfect for walking the coastal path. The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep, and the breakfast options were enjoyable. the dining experience could definitely use improvement, as some dishes were overpriced and underwhelming in taste. The staff did their best to be accommodating, but more personnel would help alleviate some service delays.

The gardens are an enchanting highlight with lovely walks and a dog-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and the quality was commendable. The bar had a dismal ambiance, lacking light and atmosphere. The service during dinner was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the menu options were limited and overpriced. We encountered issues with the room's cleanliness, and noise disturbances during the night were disruptive.

We just had the most blissful three-night stay! The private beach access was a highlight, and that fine garden view from our room made each morning magical. Dinner was great, the quality ingredients were cooked to perfection, a nice culinary experience!

The room was clean and comfy with a large bed and a modern bathroom. It felt a bit cramped with limited storage. The bathroom setup was less than ideal since the shower was in the bath and not super practical. The bedding was cozy, but I did notice some areas weren't as clean as I'd hoped.
